Team Wear Customization Process

To ensure a smooth and reliable experience when ordering customized team jerseys, please follow the process below:

1. Choose Jerseys
Select the jersey style you prefer.

2. Printing Requirements
Confirm your team’s needs, including jersey images, sizes, quantities, and printing details.
Please send this information in text format via email to tlssbrand@tlss.site
Minimum order: 1 set.

3. Payment
After order confirmation, please place your order on our website and pay for both the jerseys and printing fees.
Payment methods: PayPal or credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover).

4. Design Proof
Once we receive your customization email, our service team will contact you and provide a free digital mock-up.
We will send you the design preview, final printing details, and the breakdown of printing costs for confirmation.

5. Printing
Printing will begin after payment is completed.
Estimated production time: around 5 business days.

6. Shipping
After printing, we will send you photos of the front and back of the jerseys for confirmation.
Once confirmed, your order will be shipped.
Shipping time: 7–15 business days.

7. Receiving
Please check the jerseys immediately upon delivery to confirm the printing and order details.

8. Other Information

• Reprints:
  We will keep your team’s design files on record for 1 year. Reprints can be made starting from 1 piece, with printing fees charged based on the quantity.

• After-Sales:
  Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
